Inaugurated in November 2020, this is one of the most important and iconic shopping centers currently operating on the Italian market.
The scheme comprises a total of 65,000 sqm of GLA and 152 stores, located in a strategic area in southern Rome, just off the Grande Raccordo Anulare.
On behalf of the owning SPV, Policentro has been involved in the project since 2016. After leading the center to its opening—overseeing commercialization, technical coordination, and pilotage activities—the company currently acts as asset manager.
