The project concerns a plot of land located in the south-west area of Olbia, in the Pasana district, with planning approvals in place for the development of a commercial park of approximately 7,000 sqm. The scheme is part of a broader mixed-use development including 9,000 sqm of residential space and 3,000 sqm of office space.
On behalf of the owning SPV, Policentro exclusively provides all promotion, commercialization, construction management, and works supervision services.
The project is currently on hold pending the completion of hydraulic safety infrastructure works to be carried out by the Municipality.
