“La Corte del Sole” Multifunctional Center in Sestu (CA) was inaugurated by Policentro in 2006.
Starting in 2013, Policentro was appointed by the ownership company of the outlet and certain assets within the center to design and implement a complex debt restructuring and asset management plan. The mandate included property enhancement initiatives as well as the management of the insolvency proceedings involving the owning SPV.
The final discharge of the insolvency proceedings and the return of the property-owning vehicle to performing status were scheduled by 2021.
More recently, the outlet’s occupancy rate—initially below 50% at opening—has increased significantly, reaching 95% of total GLA.
